Abstract

In order to protect the aircraft occupant comfort and reliable instrumentation , as well as save energy , the need to accurately calculate aircraft cockpit design phase of steady-state and dynamic thermal loads. However, the current domestic and dynamic thermal load on the cockpit open literature rarely studied , and no aircraft available engineering applications the system dynamic thermal load calculations, this situation is not very conducive to China's large aircraft environmental control systems development, as this paper mainly studies carried out as follows : 1 , the domestic and foreign aircraft cockpit dynamic thermal load calculations conducted a literature survey to determine the numerical calculation method to obtain airliner cockpit dynamic thermal loads. ? 2 to ARJ21-700 aircraft , for example, pressurized area of the aircraft subdivision , zoning, establish heat transfer model , calculated using the finite difference method transient temperature field , access to the cockpit floor shutdown transient thermal loads and air temperature inside the cabin and the cockpit during the flight dynamic thermal load changes over time , etc. , and for the whole model and a separate cabin cabin transient heat transfer models were compared . ? 3 investigated arrangement of the material layers , the thickness of the air layer , spatial location, and insulating layer thickness variation of thermal insulation performance of the aircraft . ? 4, non-transparent envelope structure, ie, a three -dimensional structure, the equivalent of one -dimensional single-layer structure , two-dimensional structure of the heat transfer compared. ? Study shows : Ground shutdown heat the cabin air supply greater impact on the cockpit , cockpit during flight thermal load varies widely , and the whole cabin with separate cabins transient heat transfer calculations differ . In addition , the material layer arrangement , the air layer thickness , the thickness of insulating layer spatial location and heat insulation performance of the aircraft has some influence , especially the former, a greater degree of their impact ; bulkheads , stringers on the thermal effect on cab envelope bigger. The study for the aircraft environmental control system scheme selection , parameter optimization and control of the law provides an important basis for research .
