Abstract


William Faulkner is a famous American writer, was awarded the 1949 Nobel Prize for Literature. \\\The plot of the novel fascinating, intriguing ending. This paper discusses these two novels in the Southern women's issues. Faulkner in the creation of the fate of women given a great deal of attention, but he described the southern women or mental disorders, or ill-fated. This paper analyzes these two novels, a representative of the six women own unique issues, and through their detailed analysis, to further explore Faulkner's view of women: After the Civil War Southern Belle shattered, the authors in the female seeking basic needs of survival and normal physiological process, ongoing struggle with the patriarchal society, and the consequent hostility male to female psychology. This thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter discusses \The fate of the three women intertwined with the fate of the family, eventually leading to disintegration of the whole family. The second chapter discusses the \submissive Katarina. This three women deeply influenced men around them, they are a different fate suggests that women only surrender to the patriarchy to survive. End of the article summarizes the two novels hatred of women and men of the right to speak for women deprived of further recognize Faulkner's view of women. Faulkner's characters design, theme awareness, narrative techniques and other aspects reflect the tendency of misogyny. The southern women choose this theme in today's point of view the problem is of practical significance. Gender equality in the world today is growing, deposition of human history should eliminate the burden on women and prejudices, so that women return to their own values ??while achieving self.
