Abstract


Transformed Robbery suggests that it is the behavior of the first is a theft, fraud or snatch behavior , then the situation changes , the nature of the crime immediately transformed for harboring stolen property , resisting arrest or destruction of evidence and use of violence or threat of violence on the spot eventually convicted and punished for robbery . Judiciary in adjudicating such cases has been not unified understanding of the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code , there are great differences result in such cases qualitative Finally, inevitably erroneous cases occur . Correct understanding of the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations , has a very important significance for proper adjudication of the case , the rights of the parties , at the same time in punishing criminals , to protect the safety of the investigators , to improve the judiciary in the hearts of the people trust . Of Transformed Robbery discusses the solution to the problem of the relevant laws and regulations contradiction ; clear the basic elements of Transformed Robbery . Contribute to understanding and mastery of the transformed qualitative robbery ; better able to deter the commission of such offenses .
