Abstract


In this paper, political theory and analysis of our country the special industry at this stage the historical changes of the order management and the current situation as well as special industry law and order management model proposed train service concept , through ideological education of the police to establish a modern service -type \the inevitability of the special service industry management mode and build a service-oriented specialty industry, law and order management model proposed several suggestions .
