Abstract


The post-cold war era opened a new field of non-traditional security, in the past, the safety theory fails to interpret complex international relations, along with the development of international relations, safety research gets great development. "Copenhagen school" to "secure" as the starting point of the security research, security issues and the security affairs made more original analysis. The new safety analysis framework for us to interpret relations between China and the United States to provide a new perspective and reading mode. After the end of the cold war, China and the United States security strategy, great changes have taken place in the field of non-traditional security issues highlight, China and the United States in terrorism, dealing with the environment, keeping the global economic stability and so on many domains exist common interests. Non-traditional security for sino-american cooperation further opened a new broad space.
