Abstract


A university lecture as a university the basic academic activity , important in the lives of students learning . Colleges and universities on the basis of the students focus on professional learning also provides lectures in the form of academic activities , which not only enhance the overall quality of students , but also prosperity campus culture . , This study has theoretical significance of the generation and development of university academic lectures . In while retroactive lectures history , clear lectures for the University of significance . The same time , due to a fundamental role of the University is the training of personnel can not be underestimated role in personnel training , lectures , and makes this study has practical significance . University academic lectures and personnel training , through the analysis of the characteristics of academic lectures to explore the role of its personnel training , the binding status surveys deficiencies , proposed some countermeasures appropriate . Dialysis article from a fine university academic activities to its personnel training has important significance , which is an important foothold in this study . This paper consists of four parts : Part I. Introduction and overview of academic lectures , the basis of this research ; explore five aspects of university lecture in personnel training ; The third part of the lectures to universities at home and abroad some analysis of the status quo , and to extract a part of the city where the author University students for the survey, some simple statistical analysis , combined with information collected by other means , to draw some deficiencies exist in academic lectures ; fourth part proposes the use of academic university personnel training seminars to promote countermeasures , this study has practical significance expectations through the proposed countermeasures .
