Of college teaching team building is still in the primary stage, not many can learn from the successful experience of university teaching team, 2007 the State Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance funded national teaching team of 100 foreign success stories can not be copied. University teaching team evolved on the basis of the original Task Force and the Department of the majority of the team is also limited to the same university within the same discipline, and a small amount of interdisciplinary characteristics, complementary advantages of interdisciplinary teaching team, integration of resources and efficient use is not yet implemented. The focus of the study focused on the formation conditions of university teaching team, the use of organizational behavior learning organization theory and team theory, the use of the method of interdisciplinary and structure analysis to explore the characteristics and role of the university teaching team, to borrow Game Theory analysis methods, theory of college teaching team super-additive conducted the analysis, and on this basis the university teaching team is difficult to generate.
