Basic education curriculum reform in recent years has become the main theme of the reform of international education and educational evaluation is the world of common concern and is committed to the research problem. Student evaluation is the core of the educational evaluation, is also an issue of concern for educators. New physics curriculum standards proposed evaluation should be comprehensively and objectively reflect the real situation of teaching, provide a true and reliable basis for improving teaching. Our school physics teaching evaluation is primarily used in the quantitative evaluation method of quantitative evaluation method for grades in order to compare the difference between in the trial, but could not provide diagnostic information to improve teaching so that the students learn and teachers the teach phase separation, and the weakening of the evaluation of the role of educational guidance. The development of the theory of cognitive diagnosis for valid interpretation of test results, educational evaluation to understand the internal psychological mechanism provides a new path for the candidates to answer. The main purpose of this paper is the principle of the rule space model expounded the theory of cognitive diagnosis and operating framework, the basis of the application of this theory in the evaluation of middle school physics teaching empirical research, the use of the empirical research student knowledge in specific areas of the structure and diagnostic information analysis and make a few suggestions for teaching, to provide a new idea for school physics teaching evaluation reform. This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter gives an overview of the research carried out by the research background, research questions and research methods.
