Over the years, most of the people on the management of language teaching to stay within the range of subjects in the language subjects , from the Management Perspective Tongzhao language teaching management is relatively uncommon . This has hindered scientific research and practice of language teaching . This paper tries to humanistic management thinking with language teaching combine discussed based on the features and functions of the management of the people-oriented thinking language teaching , inquiry -based thinking people-oriented language classroom teaching management strategy . The thesis consists of five main parts: the first , the preamble of the paper , the main instructions to select based on reasons of language teaching management to people-oriented thinking , the basic concepts and research methods . The second chapter , which is the fundamental part of the reality of the thesis , and to identify the direction of the language classroom teaching management research and practice development in the carding process research and development of classroom teaching . The third chapter is part of the theoretical basis of the thesis , from the humanistic psychology , humanistic management, need hierarchy theory and the theory of constructivism four aspects , the present paper provides theoretical support . The fourth chapter is based on the interpretation of the features and functions of the management of the people-oriented language teaching thinking . Outlined its four characteristics , analyzed from four aspects of the management of value orientation, and the management of the main forms of management and management evaluation is based on the five functions of the thinking of the people-oriented language teaching management . Chapter V , is part of strategy to explore . Paper create a classroom teaching environment of teaching relationship of building , selection of the teaching process and methods of take , developmental evaluation method system of building four aspects proposed a based on a people -oriented ideology of language classroom teaching management four strategies , preliminary construct onwards based to people -centered the ideological language classroom teaching management mode.
