Abstract


Fifth National Census results showed that China’s floating population over 120 million, accounting for the total population of 1 / 10, and iexhibited an increasing trend. Those children of migrant workers who went into cities with their parents are nearly 20 million. In them, the dropout rate as high as 9.3%. At present, the education problem of social vulnerable groups is becoming more and more serious.especially, the education’s Inequitable for migrate workers’s children in our country is one of the central issues which draw in the society’s attention in recent years. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to select the education equity of migrate workers’s children as study objects and from all the various aspects to seek the causation of the education’s Inequitable for social vulnerable groups’s children, as well as to put forward the corresponding solutions.Based on fully research of the status quo for the migrant workers’s children ,The author Analysis the unfair reasons for the current education of migrant workers’s children ,and suggest the solution to solve this problem.The reasons for the admission difficulties of the migrate workers’s children nowadays are in many ways, these process and result are mainly caused by the poor economy, the low cultural quality and unreasonable social policy. Therefore, solving the education of children of migrant workers justice responses are mainly in three aspects: First, in terms of policy ,we should take "social compensation" as a matter of principle,then we should to provide grants to the difficulties ; Second, discrimination against migrate workers’s children is not allowed in the educational process ,school and teacher should give them extra concern instead .Because this is the only way to narrow the differences because of cultural background in the academic achievement gap between the children of migrant workers and urban children ; Third, we must gradually improve the related system which is concerned with the admission for the migrant workers children . Such as urban household registration management system, Specifically for the children of migrant workers established by the school’s approval, management systems and so on .This paper is divided into five parts:Part one:Preface to introuduce the view of the article topic in brief,the recent research status of domestic and overseas,the meaning,thinking and method of this study and research.,and chief definition of correlation concept about education equality of migrant workers children.Part two: Brief summarize the education status of migrant workers’s children ,then respectively introuduce the mobile children’s and the rear children’s education status .Part three: The reasons for the admission difficulties of the migrate workers’s children nowadays are in many ways, these process and result are mainly caused by the poor economy, the low cultural quality and unreasonable social policy.Part four: suggest the solution to solve this problem of education equality of migrant workers children. Solving the education of children of migrant workers justice responses are mainly in three aspects: First, in terms of policy ,we should take "social compensation" as a matter of principle; Second, discrimination against migrate workers’s children is not allowed in the educational process ,school and teacher should give them extra concern instead ; Third, we must gradually improve the related system which is concerned with the admission for the migrant workers children .
