At present , China has become the world's second largest consumer of oil , after the United States , will show a continuing upward trend in the next 20 years , domestic crude oil production is expected in 2010 and 2020, the annual output will reach 170 million tons , respectively , and about 180 million tons . Oil demand , driven by rising oil pipe rapid development of the processing industry , oil processing equipment industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce . Domestic petroleum machinery products technical content is low , the low-end products , especially oil pipe processing technology level and production efficiency of the transportation equipment , craft link disjointed , severely restricted the development of business productivity . Petroleum Steel Pipe processing high-volume production , only automatic production line to be able to improve the efficiency , stability, and improve product quality, improve working conditions and reduce the production area , reduce production costs, shorten the production cycle , to ensure the production of balanced economic benefits. Petroleum Steel Pipe conveyor line is the most important part of the oil pipe automatic production line , pipe conveyor system and control system , a certain group of automatic machine tools and auxiliary equipment , in accordance with the process sequence linking the product manufacturing process can be done automatically . This paper studies the automation and control of oil and steel processing conveyor device . In this paper, on the basis of analysis of domestic and international transportation device automatic control , in-depth research conveyor automation principle , comprehensive evaluation of the impact of the global production efficiency and processing beats , seek automatic conveyer system optimal design method . Network processing , organic various production units closely linked to global logic control , integrated use of the programmable controller , so that each production unit to play to maximize the efficiency of the processing can efficiently transport steel pipes and can be completed automatically turn over materials and loading and unloading . This paper introduced the the RMON Ethernet network processing, continuous automated processing . In this paper, the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and digital PID controller for control of workpiece clamping , a theoretical analysis of the workpiece clamping device automatic control system , the establishment of the the clamping control system mathematical model , the relevant parameters and system characteristics and hydraulic the control system's performance.
