The research in this topic knitting machine is controlled by an embedded controller system with a high degree of automation weft knitting machine is mainly used for the manufacturing of knitted garments woven . Our textile knitting machine demand , independent research and development of automatic computerized flat knitting machine has a broad market prospect . Through the analysis of the structure and principles of the mechanical systems of the knitting machine , this paper presents a knitting machine control system hardware solutions . The program is mainly composed of three parts by the main controller , coprocessor , drive circuit . ARM as the main controller, responsible for weaving , and human-computer interface design ; FPGA as a coprocessor , the implementation of the ARM command , control subsequent circuit action ; drive circuit for the mechanical components of the knitting machine , and front-end circuit provides a hardware interface . Solutions , the paper on the basis of the hardware system , then a new software system solutions . The program is based on the embedded Linux operating system to achieve controlled mainly by the roller system composed of four parts of the algorithm , the driver , flat knitting machine control program and a graphical user interface . Roller system using fuzzy control algorithm to control the rate of roll cloth ; driver ARM and FPGA communication ; knitting machine control program the pattern file data conversion for the mechanical components of the action , the entire weaving process ; graphical user interface to provide a good the man-machine interface , convenient operation . The last details of the commissioning process of the knitting machine controller system , involving hardware debugging , software debugging and hardware and software joint commissioning . Compared with traditional computerized flat knitting machine , knitting machine technical content of this design - based , low- cost , portability , and can be networked control .
