Abstract


Mine safety monitoring system is to protect the coal mine production safety \This paper examines the current technology in the field of mine safety monitoring , summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing monitoring system , developed a communication distance , the speed of data transfer , monitoring of real-time strong formation of convenience based on CAN ( Controller Area Network ) mine safety monitoring system of the bus , and analyzed based on the ARM microcontroller and embedded real-time operating system uC/OS- Ⅱ downhole monitoring sub-station hardware and software design principles , and several key technologies for the CAN bus communication technology system and detailed exposition . The paper 's main work is as follows : 1 , discussed the current domestic and international mine safety monitoring system Technical Research , analyzes the drawbacks of the system prevailing . 2 , the composition of the coal mine safety monitoring system , features , functions , performance indicators and their technical requirements . 3 , analysis of the the various fieldbus characteristics , trends and applications , analyzes the features and hierarchical structure of the CAN bus , and analysis of the performance of the CAN bus from the perspective of real-time , reliability , and channel utilization . 4 , the study of the basic structure of the mine safety monitoring system based on CAN bus and implementation techniques , analyzes based on 32-bit high - performance ARM core embedded microcontroller LPC2292 and uC/OS- Ⅱ embedded real-time operating system downhole monitoring sub-station design principles, detailed monitoring sub-station software and hardware design , circuit schematic and software flow chart . 5, the detailed discussion of several key issues in the design of coal mine safety monitoring system CAN bus , including : CAN application layer protocol design , EMC design of CAN bus communication CAN controller bit timing parameters set .
