Abstract


The motion controller is an important part of the large-format color inkjet machine , photo machine , some important performance indicators , such as resolution , color , drawing speed and so the motion controller to ensure . This paper analyzes the function of the motion controller , and combined with flexible NIOSII system design features a photo machine sports the NIOSII embedded processor as the core controller design . First introduced SOPC system design Based on NIOSII soft-core processor , and then designed and implemented the motion controller hardware platform , the hardware structure of the system is divided into two parts NIOS core board and motion control drive circuit . By the NIOS CPU control drive circuit , the motion control of the entire system . Then discussed in detail the the NIOS core board configuration and user logic module design , complete motion control drive circuit design , including the head car , driver paper feed mechanism and nozzle cleaning function . Finally, the overall design of the motion controller software , and various program modules function analysis . Detailed discussion of serial communication modules T0 timer interrupt service routine module PID position control algorithm specifically designed to achieve . Commissioning of the entire system , the results show that the advantages of hardware and software designed to meet the practical requirements , and high reliability, good stability .
