Abstract


Involved in research projects in this paper comes from the actual needs of the projects , as real-time the underlying industrial control network performance analysis system constructed to provide a theoretical basis for the user . Automation Engineering PLC and PROFIBUS master control system for the study of the background , a detailed analysis of the PLC cycle scan mechanism and PROFIBUS bus data link layer data transmission services and the MAC sub-layer protocol and other key technologies . Given on the basis of the normal operation of the system , the main measurement and control cycle from the data exchange between stations , and further draw the master with simple communication response time from the station from the station and intelligent . Next, the analysis of the PROFIBUS DP / PA hybrid network delay characteristics , and insert additional idle time to improve the response speed of the DP segment master and PA segment from the information between stations . Finally, a project application system , consider the delay characteristics of the PLC I / O response lag and hybrid networks , real-time performance analysis of the system . The application of engineering case proved that the real-time performance analysis study has great value in engineering .
