Abstract


Tube - tube plate joints and tube heat exchangers and columns tubular reactor coupling structure . Over the years, its detection method has been the traditional photographic film imaging , but this brings the drawbacks of the film storage and environmental pollution , ray digital imaging technology completely solves these problems . Based on the traditional ray film imaging principle , combined with modern detection technology , design a rotary scanning system to realize a tube - tubesheet joints ray digital imaging detection . The innovation of this article is to : design a control system for a driven linear array detector around the weld rotation scan ; establish the mathematical model of the rotating scan image reconstruction ; writing software used to analyze and process the weld image . Eventually developed an experimental prototype , by resolution test card and IQI detection accuracy and quality of the imaging system , and the tube - tube plate joint specimens scan , analyze its internal defects , and achieved the expected effect . Experimental results show that : the the system resolution reached 5LP/mm (LP = LinePair, the number of pairs ) , the image quality of the image quality and film equivalent Class B to verify the feasibility of the selected program . The main work of the paper include the following aspects: ( 1 ) According to the tube - tubesheet joint weld defects types and characteristics , the reference to a mature film imaging detection system , comparative analysis of the existing ray digital imaging detection technology to determine the linear array the detector rotation scan weld and collected data into a computer to do the subsequent processing of the overall program ; 2 to control the precise movements of the linear array detector design mechanical structure and motion control systems . Calculate the load on the system , select a suitable motor and subdivision drive to meet the step angle and torque requirements ; 3 . Establish the mathematical model of the rotating scan graphic reconstruction plane fitting algorithm to achieve a right angle from the scanned image to a polar coordinate system mapping of coordinates of the reconstructed image . The experimental results show that the model to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the imaging requirements . 4 the writing system control as well as post-processing software to achieve image acquisition , processing, archiving and other operations , the defect size and to determine the type of defect can be estimated by measuring the module .
