Abstract


Industrial products great impact, temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters, the environment has become a more important factor in determining product quality, effective monitoring of these environmental parameters are required in many areas. With the development of science and technology, especially computer technology and wireless network technology continue to make new breakthroughs in the development of embedded systems applications maturing products using embedded technology development more and more integrated into human life and production. Low cost, rich interface and powerful features make embedded systems more and more widely. The subject-oriented production, storage areas need to monitor the indoor temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters, design data acquisition and data transmission in one of the software and hardware environment monitoring platform. User can in the field according to the demand, the use of the handheld device having a color liquid crystal display function, the parameter value of the ambient temperature, humidity, etc. See the arbitrary node, easy to grasp the situation of the environment of the respective times; simultaneously through the serial port, the Internet or a wireless network, the data can also be used transmitted to the host computer and the host computer monitoring software for data printing, graphic display and limit alarm functions, the completion of the remote state of the environment monitoring. The actual application environment parameter monitoring system is based on the main microcontroller development, design easier, the storage capacity is small, it is difficult to perform wireless communication. The direct purchase the configuration software costs higher and not easy to meet the requirements of the user-defined. Design of this project the environmental parameters monitoring system based on ARM embedded systems Samsung S3C2410x chip and of ZIGBEE wireless networking technology, to solve the problem of data capacity, wiring is difficult, not easy wireless transmission, data can be collected to stable and meet user needs . The paper first describes the overall design of wireless environmental monitoring system, and then discussed in detail the points of the design and implementation of the various modules of the system PC software, focusing on PC software platform is introduced with Delphi. The use of this Delphi development tools can make the system development cycles shorten, reduce costs, increase maintainability, but also a good way to achieve user-defined function to generate a user-friendly interface. The software platform, including user login module, function selection module, data query module, serial communication modules, network communication module, user settings module, etc.. Reference to the ideas and methods of the article describes the design, quickly developed PC software environment monitoring system suitable for user needs. The run tests carried out after the completion of the software development, to achieve the desired effect. Currently most of the functionality of the software modules have been applied in environmental monitoring system, and is operating normally.
