Abstract


Touch-based and two-handed interaction is a new type of Human-computer interaction that on the rapid development nowadays. The rational design of touch-based and two-handed interaction can be effective utilization on the potential advantages of natural movements of human hands to increase the efficiency of Human-computer interaction and obtain the good user experience.In order to apply the technique in the task of command space and enhance decision-making efficiency of command center in wartime. The paper which researches on the application of interactive technique that is in use of command space, starts with the analysis of characteristics of touch-based and two-handed interaction. Fist, we analyze behavior characteristics, time characteristics, cognitive characteristics and operating characteristics of touch-based and two-handed interaction. On the base of the analyses, the paper bring forward some interactive design principles as the basis of touch-based interaction control methods research and touch-based interaction application. In terms of these principles, based on the ideal multi-point touch interactive platform that can carry through different touch identification, the paper designs a set of natural "touch gesture" and put forward a "touch gesture" identification method according to the statistical survey of hands activities and the relevant neurological and anatomy research results. The paper describes the touch-base and two-handed interaction running framework and touch gesture events, besides, the paper put forward the people collaboration frame based on hands touch interaction. And then, on the basis of theory research, the paper analyses the operational methods of touch-based and two-handed interaction that are in use of some key applications in command space. Finally, several application systems and experimentations validate some theories of the paper.
