The spin measurement system is one of the main equipment of the vertical wind tunnel , is mainly responsible for the airplane spin and change records and aircraft motion parameters of the model the spin characteristic test of the experimental process image measurement and analysis . Tailspin movement , posture measurement problem , the successful application of the principle of stereoscopic computer vision - based measurement method . Filmed by two cameras the parallax of the image , the spatial three-dimensional information to obtain a model of surface features , and then calculated by the surface characteristics and the attitude of the motion model . Artificial features of the model surface is characterized by having a specific shape and strict size , compared with the conventional image features (e.g. the corner points) , have a high rate of correct recognition , positioning accuracy. Designed based on the principle of distributed architecture and centralized control management measurement system hardware , system software modular thinking design , allowing the system to achieve a tailspin movement optical non-contact measurement , and has a high degree of automated testing . Order to verify the overall performance of the measurement system developed to carry out experimental research has rotating balance ground test as well as a series of wind tunnel field spin test test . Former to quantitatively evaluate the system-related parameters to the measurement accuracy, the latter site qualitative analysis of the performance of the system , including the measurement accuracy , the repeatability of the measurement , the stability of the measurement , as well as dynamic characteristics . Measured data as well as the comparative analysis results show that the measurement of the movement of the vertical wind tunnel aircraft developed spin motion gesture parameters measurement system tailspin attitude parameters to meet the design requirements , measurement error within the allowable range , high reliability and stability.
