Oriented low-end embedded operating system , due to the focus on the different levels of hardware platforms and applications , its architecture and applications more interface types , and quite different . Embedded operating system development , developers often need to spend a lot of time to learn and master the embedded operating system framework , structure and application interface , resulting in a long development cycle , the development of low efficiency . Through in-depth analysis of a variety of embedded operating systems , select appropriate at different levels and complexity of embedded operating system , an abstract of their operating system structure and programming framework model , while using a visual programming environment , the programmer freed from the different operating systems, complex programming work , in order to effectively improve the efficiency of embedded system development , improve reliability , and has important research value and application prospects . The paper selected TinyOS and both μC/OS- Ⅱ embedded operating system , combined with their respective advantages representative , develop design miniOS . The three operating systems have similar structures and programming models , and hardware platform that can be adapted to different levels . On the structure of the model and the programming model based on the extraction and encapsulation using the Eclipse platform designed and implemented a prototype visual programming environment based on the structure of the operating system and programming model . Actual test application shows the visual programming environment with good adaptability , can greatly improve the efficiency of the embedded application development .
