Abstract


In recent years, natural disasters and sudden mass incidents occur frequently, such as the avian flu outbreak, the Yunnan Pu'er large earthquake, Shandong suffered a rare rainstorm, etc.. How to protect people's lives and property and life safety in case of sudden outbreak, and to improve emergency response and support capabilities is an urgent need to address the problem of the Chinese People's Liberation Armed Police Force, in this new situation the emergency logistics research is put on the agenda. Emergency Logistics is a special logistics activities in order to cope with a major epidemic, serious natural disasters, military conflict and other emergencies and emergency supplies, personnel, capital needs security. Order in the vast space in the limited time of a huge number of various types of materials the scientific deployment and supplement traditional logistics management mode can not meet the demand for material support under emergency conditions. Smooth flow of information is the nervous system of the emergency logistics central command regulation logistics flow and flow, an important condition for the survival and development of modern emergency logistics. Modern emergency logistics, information flow is increasingly being taken seriously, the flow of information is more important than the logistics resources, the emergency logistics stressed that effective control and use of the information flow, the largest minimum logistics and material support performance. In this paper, a detailed study of the armed police logistics emergency logistics after the problems, according to the characteristics of Armed Police Logistics Emergency logistics and existing armed police logistics information system based BPM (BusinessProcess Management, Business Process Management) and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture Services Architecture)-oriented thinking of remodeling and integration of the armed police logistics logistics information system to form a flexible and agile enough unified logistics and information systems. Discussed in detail and introduce flexible emergency logistics information system technology, various business process engine and the modeling language, JBOSS JBPM as a BPM engine JBPM the modeling language JPDL as business process modeling language ; Subsequently, the business processes of the Armed Police Logistics Department detailed analysis of the model one by one, and select process transfer rate flow transfer time and inventory indicators as armed police logistics of emergency logistics business process optimization, optimization index based on three armed police logistics emergency business process analysis and design.
