With the rapid development of information technology , information database management of personnel files and more widely , of domestic personnel information management system development technology is very mature , largely because of the personnel management system has a clear business data processing specifications computer information to provide the necessary favorable conditions . This article looks at the the army file information management system , comprehensive management of military personnel files , detailed research , the use of structured methods for information systems requirements analysis , draw the information needs of the system , the relationship between functional requirements , information and functions and other standard design method to design a system of global logic model , reasonable organization and effective use of the file management information ; oriented data flow analysis methods to design the overall logical structure of the system , the function of the system -oriented each items of business to meet the needs of management , the entire system covers all aspects of file management , file management and increase work efficiency , and management personnel are freed from tedious affairs . The management system is divided into the following six modules : unit information settings , file management, file operations Table soldiers information management , statistical analysis of the structure table , the data processing section , a more comprehensive embodies all the information of the personnel of the soldiers , so that the file processing by manual jumped to automatically , greatly reduces the statistical time of the management department of the soldiers , to improve the efficiency of the office .
