Next generation network NGN is a concept and its loose, referring to a different from the current generation, fusion of data-centric network. From the network characteristics should be: the next generation network through a high-speed public transport links and a device node, such as using IP carry voice, data and video and so on all the bittorrent network; An provide guaranteed quality of service for all kinds of business network; A with the network transmission layer and access layer separated from the service platform to provide services and application of the network; A to provide broadband access, can give full play to the potential capacity of the network; With a backward compatibility, can fully tap potential and protection of the existing network facilities to have investment, allowing smooth evolution of the network. According to the characteristics of the protocol control conference system model is put forward, and based on this model to complete the system prototype implementation, basically achieved the desired design function, thus meeting put forward by this paper is verified the feasibility of the system model. Conference system is discussed in detail the design and implementation, as well as clarify: build a management, the actual operation of conference system is completely feasible.
