Abstract


With the social production and the continuous improvement of living standards, the the public requirements also will improve basic public facilities - electricity system. The current electricity network in many ways, there are a variety of weaknesses, power on the international research institutions and large companies have begun research on a new generation of advanced grid. In China, power experts put forward the concept of the digital grid. With the development of computer, communication networks, power electronics technology is mature, has also been the basis for achieving digital grid. The biggest feature is fully digital and intelligent digital grid, which can greatly improve production efficiency and safety of the entire grid. This paper studies the meaning of a digital grid specific framework and implementations that digital grid is not the old grid demolished for redevelopment, but to improve on the existing foundation, complete grid digitization grand goal. There are many, but the key technologies involved in the digital grid information modeling is a relatively important in the work of many of them, a key link, the entire building of the digital grid build on top of a complete unified digital grid model. Then this paper, we study the theory and modeling. Information modeling tools for information systems provide a description of the objective world, a bridge of communication between the real world and computer. CIM Common Information Model proposed by the International Electrotechnical Organization for power enterprises, can be used as a the electricity enterprise top-level model, and at the same time provides a metadata model for grid information. Based on information modeling technology and CIM model, you can build a unified model of a digital grid, and to lay the foundation for the implementation of the digital grid. The latter part of the article is to illustrate through two practical issues digitized unified model of construction work, and how to integrate applications through a unified model. The first issue of a national grid company for the construction of distribution network assets model, through the organization in the form of research assets in the CIM, absorption modeling results at home and abroad, to propose specific asset modeling principles and ideas, and establish a practical model for real assets. The second topic is a city Electric Power Bureau of Zhejiang Province by the CIM-based SOA (service-oriented architecture) integration study proposed the CIM-SOA model, combined with the Web Services technology system as well as model-driven method to implement the service, and actual overhaul system as an example to detail the construction process of the service.
