Abstract

Postage machine is widely used in the field of domestic and international postal automated mail processing equipment , which greatly improves the efficiency of the postal sector . With the continuous growth of the postal service , the speed of the postage machine requirements increasingly high , the domestic high-speed postage machine usually work in about 20,000 / hour speed , when its speed is increased to more than 30,000 / hour , postage machine vibration intensified , and also a significant decrease over the stamp performance , stamped fuzzy , distorted phenomenon . Therefore, a study of the vibration characteristics of the high-speed postage machine is very necessary . The traditional dynamics research methods multi- modal finite element analysis or experimental modal analysis . Modal analysis using finite element method , the validity of the model can not be verified ; difficult to correctly identify the high - speed postage machine so complex and sophisticated electromechanical devices modal parameters using experimental modal analysis . This article uses a combination of finite element and experimental research methods , and to work modal testing method to replace the traditional modal test method , the method is based on operational modal analysis theory , in the case of no incentive data from only extract the modal parameters in the response data , and thus make the device modal identification has become possible in a normal working state . The main work and results of this paper are as follows : 1 . Finite element and experimental modal analysis theory , focusing on operational modal analysis theory . The postage machine over stamp parts of the three-dimensional model created in Pro / Engineer software , and import it into the ANSYS software , the finite element model of the stamp parts , calculated stamp parts before 5 modal parameters . 3 . Working modal test , the top 5 of the postage machine would extract the modal parameters , to compare the results obtained with the finite element calculation to verify the correctness of the theoretical model . On over stamp parts under the guidance of the theory of finite element model has been improved , and re- test . Will be improved before and after were compared and analyzed , to prove that the vibration condition of the franking machine is a significant improvement , stamped quality increased , and can be operated stably at the target speed .
