Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of computer applications , through computer simulation technology to solve practical engineering problems become a hot research all walks of life . Traditional air conditioner design and prototype debugging process , repeated physical prototype production and commissioning work has occupied a lot of time and effort technicians , an urgent need for the market to be able to guide and help the engineers and technicians for air conditioner theoretical analysis and calculation and performance prediction simulation tools. This article refer to the refrigeration industry at home and abroad the latest technology research based on the characteristics of the air conditioner refrigeration system , a detailed study of the coupling between various parts of the air conditioner , the refrigeration system is divided into the condenser, evaporator , compressor , capillary major components and their performance simulation study simplified and correction ; facilitate the practical application of a mathematical model , developed for air conditioner refrigeration system simulation computer software for home air conditioner debugging , development work provide effective help. The establishment of a system simulation model , has important implications for the conduct of air conditioning and refrigeration unit for energy research . This article , written in conjunction with the research methods of simulation program supporting the development of room air conditioner refrigeration system performance simulation software has been used for the the Qing'an company Air Conditioner Performance debugging process , and achieved good results , proved this study outcome of the usability.
