With the rapid development of Internet technology , the Web information is increasingly expanding , people have to spend a lot of time to search for the information they need . Currently , most search engines providing the service not to make customer satisfaction , how to dig out from a large number of network information has become a hot research personalized resources for different users . The paper designs and implements an intelligent information retrieval system , and one of the core modules of personalized information mining module to do in-depth research . The paper first analyzes the meta-search engine works and architecture of Agent technology in information retrieval ; After the key technology of Web text mining , which analyzes text automatic classification technology , we propose an improved text classification based on neural network algorithm , and the algorithm feasibility validation . Then analyzes the document vector space model, and proposed an improved weighted by tag classification algorithm according to weight characteristics of the web page tags . In addition, for the interested in user access , and access characteristics of frequency , using the document preprocessing, user identification, session identification , and a series of steps to create a three dynamic interest model , using the model to retrieve information filter , preferably the satisfy users personalized query needs .
