Abstract


Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS, Intelligent Transportation System) is a modern social and economic development , the product of scientific and technological progress , aimed at using information technology to improve the efficiency of the transport system . However , intelligent transportation system based on the traditional network structure due to the inherent shortcomings of its network structure , so that it is facing a series of problems in the performance . Peer-to-peer (P2P, Peer to Peer) technology in recent years, people attach great importance to , and obtained remarkable achievements in the area of network applications . P2P technology as a distributed network architecture , a fundamental solution to the defects inherent in traditional centralized network . This article is to take advantage of this feature , P2P technology applied to intelligent transportation systems in order to solve their performance problems . In this paper, the analysis of the Intelligent Transportation Systems based on the traditional network structure and P2P technology , the proposed method through the JXTA Platform construct ITS network structure , and analyze its performance . On this basis , the concrete realization of traffic data collection services , P2P technology based on the the ITS information collection platform design , node status information services , vehicle information database services , vehicle detector Service and vehicle information inquiry service programs. Finally, two typical application example shows the actual operation of the process and results collection platform based on P2P technology ITS information system .
