Abstract

The main subject of the interfacial slip conditions the elastohydrodynamic contact pair friction characteristics . In order to achieve the accurate measurement of the interfacial slip condition the EHL contact Vice friction coefficient , the upgrading of existing equipment in the laboratory , developed a dedicated friction force measuring system . Real-time tracking of the the film shape changes observed interfacial slip through the machine vision system simultaneous acquisition of friction . Glass plate support bearing for the experimental system of rotation Vice friction test system , test results show that the of bearing rotation Vice resistance of friction there not be ignored by experimental friction measurement correction formula . Experimental study of the friction coefficient of pure sliding closed lubricants EHL point contact Vice Start . Experiment , the point of contact through the ball - glass plate contact to achieve . Analysis and comparison of seal oil , no seal oil and seal oil under various conditions , the coefficient of friction point contact Vice startup process . Experimental Study of the entrance sunken produce disappear process , and point contact lubrication friction coefficient variation . Experiments revealed the entrainment speed , load , and different lubricants on the friction coefficient change trend . Furthermore, the experiments resulting friction coefficient curve with classical Stribeck curve comparison , and the comparison result gives the preliminary theoretical analysis . Circular limiting shear stress model , numerical simulation of the friction coefficient . The trend of friction coefficient on speed , load, etc. are analyzed.
