With the growing popularity of multimedia and network technology , the means of the use of information technology to optimize the process of education and teaching , the rapidly growing popularity of the concept of e-Learning , enjoys popular support . In practice, however , e-Learning , there are some problems : learners in learning also takes a lot of effort to filter out the useful information from a large number of redundant information , digital teaching materials because the lack of an effective learning path planning , that is not really achieve personalized learning advocated by the e-Learning . ADL released SCORM ( Shareable Content Object Reference Model ) specification is the most authoritative standard in the field of e-Learning , SCORM 2004 specifications sorting and navigation (SN) gives detailed rules for the design of the learning path . But digital textbooks rarely meet the specification , a main reason for the uneven support the specification AuthoringTool ( textbook editing tools ) , most of the tools are just a specification or a few modules to achieve . The purpose of this paper is to provide a curriculum designer easy to operate, fully functional personalized digital textbook production platform , designed for this purpose and to achieve AuthorintgTool tool SBC system . The thesis research on the analysis of the the existing AuthoringTool tools , in order to avoid the page made ??trouble , as well as convenient digital textbooks reuse , transmission and storage , import and export of various page editing features as well as digital textbooks functional integration through third-party tools SBC system . In addition, the use of the SCORM 2 004 SN planning curriculum learning path , the different teaching sequence of rules applied to a list of files in the curriculum , providing learners with learning path selection reflect different teaching strategies , in order to achieve digital textbook personalized . Finally the courseware produced by the SBC system in ADL SCORM 2 004 sample test environment and self-test Software Test Suite test further validation with SCORM 2 004 specification compliance .
