Abstract


With the rapid development of computer and communication technology , there has been a large number of network devices and complex network environment , the importance of network management in the entire telecom operators which have become increasingly prominent , to become a non-negligible . Research and explore scientific and efficient , and is suitable for China's telecommunications development characteristics of telecommunication network management system has become an important task for the development of the telecommunications industry . Combined with theoretical knowledge and development practices to traffic statistics , for example, to do a preliminary study on how to build the network management system . Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) CCITT proposed idea of a unified network management , TCP / IP is more popular and mature international agreements , and the combination of both the current telecommunications network to achieve unified management of a relatively quick economic solution . Firstly, start from the the TMN and TCP / IP architecture , a more detailed description of the contents of the agreement , based on TCP / IP Socket Programming , analysis based on the TCP / IP network management system solutions . The next Datang Telecom Unified Device Management Center UEMC introduced , finally gives a detailed description of UEMC traffic statistics module design and implementation .
