Abstract


In recent years, more and more tariff packages of the telecommunications industry , and the increasing complexity of understand mistakes because of tariff packages , leading to high phone bill or can not properly use the service downtime , resulting in a large number of complaints . Comprehensive clean-up this relevant departments of the existing telecom tariff packages to address the excessive number of tariff packages , computational complexity , and fuzzy tariff publicity tariff structure and conditions of use and other issues . However, due to the tariff package itself has a number of advantages , telecom operators in order to segment customers integration of resources , the promotion of new business is inevitable there will be some relatively complex tariff packages . Therefore allows users to fully understand the rules of the tariff packages , selected on the package is very important . Has been misleading users try to find the reason for the misunderstanding and caused misunderstandings , and effective remedies for publicity , to avoid the resulting dissatisfaction and complaints to improve service , is a pressing problem .
