Abstract


Midwest Modern Distance Education Project is an important decision to promote the development of rural education by leaps and bounds . Currently , the project has been in full swing in the central and western China in 20 provinces, municipalities within its long implementation cycles , a huge amount of investment , it is mainly through teaching CD player points , satellite teaching point and computer classrooms three models , the large number of modern information technology equipment and across time and space , high-quality education resources to rural primary and secondary schools , is an important way to solve the problem of rural primary and secondary education is the shortage of resources , lack of qualified teachers and poor teaching quality . Jiangxi modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools is being implemented many projects the school's teaching resources have been put into use . In this paper, using questionnaires, interviews , and site visits methods to study the status of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province , and on the basis of statistical analysis of survey results , summarize and analyze the problems in engineering applications since engineering the application process proposed countermeasures of how to solve these problems , modern equipment and resources to play a role in the practice , to help the further development of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary . The text is divided into three parts : the first part , through questionnaires and interviews , combined with field trips , intuitive method chart shows the survey results , and the results were analyzed . The second part , on the basis of analyzing the findings , pointed out the existing problems in the application process of the modern distance education project of rural primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province , mainly from three aspects of the attitude of the ideas, resources , building and resource applications expand . The third part , for the existence of the problem , from the concept of change , resource development and application of proposed several possible countermeasures .
