Abstract


Medical Information Institute of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, in recent years, building a knowledge - oriented services in the medical literature database in order to further enhance the knowledge level of service of the existing literature database , a large number of studies have explored a more mature and practical -based the literature of the vocabulary word relevance determination algorithm based on this algorithm successfully build a database of biomedical engineering literature . The database literature relevance judgment results with higher accuracy , but subject to the application on the basis of vocabulary . Therefore , this thesis, in -depth to explore based on the basis of the vocabulary sub- word segmentation algorithm of Chinese biomedical engineering literature correlation database of not based on the vocabulary word segmentation suffix tree algorithm preliminary build the medical literature correlation database , and this method with a full range of construction method based on the vocabulary word comparison . This paper is divided into seven chapters . The first chapter introduces the concept of the connotation of knowledge services , features, and literature related database construction research involved , and briefly discusses the relationship between the two ; second chapter outlines the progress of the research literature database which focuses on the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Institute of Medical Informatics , in recent years the literature database construction research overview ; detailed segmentation algorithm based on the vocabulary of medical literature database overview Chapter ; fourth chapter focuses on suffix tree algorithm of medical literature database building process ; Chapter through data testing , analysis , evaluation ; sixth chapter compares the vocabulary word algorithm based on the judgment of the suffix tree algorithm of medical literature database the advantages and disadvantages of building a database of medical literature and suffix tree algorithm ; Chapter VII made ??several suggestions on further study of the knowledge - oriented services medical literature database .
