Abstract


Online tax returns to taxpayers' use of computers , the Internet and other advanced means of an electronic reporting with tax activities . It improves the efficiency and quality of reporting , and reduce the cost of the tax . This paper studies the online tax return system used in some of the theoretical and technical knowledge , the online tax return system functional requirements and performance requirements , and describes the business processes online tax return system workflow . According to the design goals and design principles for online tax filing system , is currently the most popular of the three-tier structure , and design of a J2EE-based online tax declaration system architecture model . Unified object-oriented modeling language , the detailed design of the part of the system function modules . Tax returns online data using XML standardized interfaces, XML language to describe the exchange reporting data to solve the online tax filing process data format is not unified . Online tax return information security analysis , design a PKI - based authentication security system to ensure data integrity , confidentiality and non-repudiation . The system is currently running pilot . The development and implementation of the system to improve the taxation of electronic levels, and promote the development of electronic tax .
