Networked video image storage technology to achieve a large number of video image data storage is an important thought of the video surveillance system . However, insufficient network bandwidth , data transmission speed is too slow severely restricted the video image storage technology in the field of monitoring . To solve this problem , this paper presents a video image storage systems based on Gigabit Ethernet . The system makes full use of the advantages of FPGA parallel processing and SDRAM cache to improve the speed of the video image storage , and the introduction of eight high - performance microcontroller system to transplant uIP protocol stack , access Gigabit Ethernet , greatly improving the system network bandwidth and transmission speed , gigabit network video image storage systems . Gigabit Ethernet video image storage technology , the theoretical analysis and system design , and Gigabit Ethernet video image storage system debugging and verification . The results show that the system can be stably stored video image data, and pass the data of the the Gigabit network transmission system storage .
