Abstract


The development of scientific visualization technology makes virtual endoscope technology to become a research hotspot . It involves multiple disciplines of medical imaging technologies, computer image processing , computer graphics , computer vision and virtual reality . Virtual Endoscopy is a non-invasive , non-contact zero the trauma medical examination means , which makes it more and more widely in the medical field . This paper carried out in-depth research on key technologies and implementation methods of the virtual endoscope system . First, the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the current medical image segmentation algorithm , combined with the characteristics of the hollow organs of the medical image , seed filling algorithm based on scan line image 3D segmentation ; Secondly , surface rendering , based on texture body draw and surface rendering algorithm based on the drawn based on these three virtual endoscope ; once again , for the the virtual endoscope path planning problem , strike the boundary distance field distance transform to construct the maximum spanning tree and accurate extracted the center path ; Finally , on the basis of the virtual endoscope key technology research , design virtual endoscope system has good interactive features , to achieve a virtual endoscope manual roaming , automatic roaming and guided roaming ; clinical medicine testing laboratories of the data showed that the virtual endoscope system with higher effectiveness and practicality .
