Abstract


Background subtraction method of moving target detection and extraction algorithm on a variety of background images , based movement points accumulated background extraction and updating algorithm . This method is the use of a moving target in the adjacent frames only in a small area to change this feature to accumulate the moving point of moving points continuously updated , reliable background information to build a smaller amount of computation . Due to a similar visual characteristics , so that the detected motion target contains a shaded area . Introduction of a shadow on this filter function, the use of a pixel in the shadow region gradation value is different from the a priori knowledge of the gray value of the background pixels , and the motion of the target pixel , excluding the shaded area, and obtains the moving target area . The experimental results show that the algorithm to calculate the amount of this , to save processing time , but also be able to detect the moving target outline .
