Abstract


RFID stands for \As the wireless version of the bar code , RFID technology has the barcode not have waterproof , anti-magnetic , high temperature , long life , large reading distances , label data can be encrypted , greater data storage capacity to store information changes freely advantages , the The application will give the retail, logistics and other industries to bring about revolutionary change . Therefore , there is a very critical and important significance in the research and to improve the performance of the the transponder RF front-end circuit . In accordance with ISO / IEC 18000-6B standard study design of the UHF ( 915MHz ) RFID electronic tags analog front-end rectifier system , due to the importance of the antenna and the particularity of this article also RFID tag antenna as a rectifier system essential part to study , discuss and analyze its performance parameters combination chip designed to meet the application requirements of the RFID tag antenna . Antenna design using ADS Momentum tool for simulation , and concrete realization of the PCB , test results show that the directivity of the antenna gain , impedance and bandwidth to meet the design requirements , but need to be further optimized to meet the needs of the application . Chip analog front-end rectifier system including matching network reverse transmission circuit , rectifier and regulator . Whose role is to get energy from the electromagnetic field , and is converted into DC voltage , other chip module powered conversion efficiency and voltage stability for the study of the key. The design simulation using Cadence Spectre tool and Chartered 0.35μm EEPROM process flow sheet , and each module has been tested , the test results show that the various modules work well , basically reached the requirements of the design of the indicators , with the antenna at the same time the overall test results show that the label already has the ability to communicate with the reader , with industrial prospects .
