Abstract

Electronic tag RFID ( radio frequency identification ) technology in logistics . This article describes the electronic label based on the ISO15693 standard chip design based on in-depth study of the theory and technology of RFID . The tag chip analog front end , digital control and storage units can be divided into three parts according to the functions , which plays a vital role in the analog front-end . Characteristics of low-power and low-cost passive tags , paper design a new analog front-end circuit and its simulation . The paper first describes the advantages and applications of RFID technology ; then elaborate electronic tag chip designs based on this technology , first introduced the entire electronic tag system works , the electronic tag system by the coil inductance chip capacitors and chip composition, which chip inductor and a capacitor in parallel resonant circuit , sent from the reader 's electromagnetic field for energy supply tag chip ; then elaborate on the RF front-end in line with the international standard ISO15693 ; followed by works on tag chip and to the model of the tag antenna , this antenna is the inductance of the parallel resonance circuit of the electronic label ; Description after the realization of the analog front end , and this part of the circuit including the power generating circuit , a clock extraction circuit and the modulation and demodulation circuit . According to the requirements of ISO15693 protocol , first designed to meet the requirements of the specific circuit topology , and analysis of the work of these circuits , and derivation of part of the circuit parameters obtained . On the basis of theoretical analysis of Cadence Spectre this part of the circuit performance simulation technology library SMIC 0.6μm CMOS process . The simulation results show that the entire circuit to meet the established requirements .
