Abstract


RFID is a non-contact automatic identification technology in the logistics management field has great potential applications as elaborated in this paper in full compliance with ISO15693 passive tag chip standards , mainly for the low price tag markets, namely for the transport , storage , packaging , access control , finance, library management , document management and other fields, the chip by the analog front end , digital controller , EEPROM memory cell arrays , where the analog front-end is responsible for completing the acquisition of energy , a variety of power generation , the reset signal generation , the clock signal generation , ASK demodulation signal , and transmitting the modulated signal , the passive tag of this thesis the analog front-end circuit chip and for the layout verification . Including RFID system works , ISO15693 protocol profiles, radio frequency identification system model, system solutions for the design and the various sub- circuit design, such as the rectifier filter circuit, digital power generating circuit , analog power generating circuit , and electrostatic protection circuit pressure limiting , the bias current generating circuit , reset circuit , a modulation demodulation circuit , etc., especially some of which circuit a special detail, such as the rectifier filter circuit , 10% of the demodulation circuit , the modulation circuit . Entire analog front-end circuit using SMIC company 0.35μm2P3M embedded EEPROM process , for use of the Virtuoso layout drawing , layout tools using calibre conducted the DRC , LVS check , LPE ( parasitic extraction ) , extracted layout -level netlist . Individually designed analog front-end circuit for a back-end simulation using Verilog-XL analog front-end tools for mixing and EEPROM emulation using Nanosim tools for analog front-end circuit and the digital controller section after mixing simulation, simulation results show that the design the analog front-end circuit works well to meet the design requirements.
