According to the main content of the visual image three-dimensional measurement technology , based on an experimental platform designed four experiments , experimental principle involved in monocular binocular camera calibration principle , Tsai 's , the Zhang, 's calibration method of binocular vision measuring principle visual detection knowledge . The design of the geometric positional relationship of the entire system and the mechanical structure . The platform is mainly composed by the CCD camera , line lasers , precision translation stage , target and Programmable DC Power . Programmable DC Power developed based on serial communication and microcontroller control principle , in order to achieve the functionality with software control line structure lasers emitting brightness . Design and produce arbitrary placement of Zhang 's calibration method can accurately determine the topology correspondence between the directional target , and the target image processing algorithms . Write the whole experimental calibration and measurement software . The platform has been used for of Tianjin University CONTROL undergraduate precision test basis course experimental teaching students through a series of experiments , the master camera calibration , the basic method of measurement , and cultivate interest in the visual measurement research direction . Inspection of the actual teaching , the platform structure is simple , easy to operate , scalability , suitable for use in colleges and universities within the promotion .
