Abstract


Gearbox play a crucial role in the connection and transmission of power , is widely used in many mechanical devices . According to statistics , about 10% of the the gear fault of their failure in the rotating machinery fault incidence of bearing failure also account for a large proportion . Therefore become an important part of the rotating machinery fault diagnosis , while with the gearbox fault diagnosis , selected gear and bearing fault diagnosis has a very important practical engineering significance . Gearbox fault diagnosis technology , not only can reduce the maintenance time , reduce maintenance costs , but also improve the stability of operation of equipment to ensure safe production , so significant . So far , the development of fault diagnosis had been moving in the direction of the field of intelligence , which not only promote the development of intelligent diagnosis method of fault diagnosis technology and also become a new and important means . In this paper, wavelet packet theory not only to achieve a fault signal noise reduction processing , but also successful extraction of the characteristic energy of the fault signal as the input parameters of the neural network expert system (NNES) . This is a new method to distinguish the signal failure modes . Hidden neural network expert system knowledge base through training samples to train the network , the test sample call the Implicit Knowledge implied fault feature , in order to make the fault diagnosis . This article is selected the gearbox often occurred five failure modes , as a research object . Trained network test informed that the network performance of wavelet neural network expert system can be applied to the actual fault diagnosis technology . Hybrid programming using MATLAB and VB , to develop a user -friendly interface , simple operation gearbox intelligent fault diagnosis system . In this article, not only shows the powerful computing , graphics and neural network toolbox in MATLAB , but also give full play to the advantages of VB in the graphical user interface .
