The Design of Single Chip Microcomputer System Based on C8051F040 and Its Application in Pressure Measurement of Shoes

C8051F040 is a kind of SoC microprocessor chip. Analogous and digital peripheral devices and other functional components that are used in data acquisition and control systems are integrated into this chip. Based on deep research on single chip microprocessor system and the measurement technology of pressure of shoes, the design of single chip microcomputer system based on C8051F040 and its application in pressure measurement of shoes are finished. Based on the resources on chip of C8051F040 and other interface components, the design of main control unit, power supply module, RS232 communication module, CAN communication module, keyboard, LCD module, analogous input and output module are finished. After that, the design of printed circuit board of the system, welding of components and testing of the system are also finished. Meanwhile,the common design methods of CAN communication programs are presented by three kinds of data frame receiving and sending programs. Furthermore,the design of measurement instrument of shoes pressure is finished which is composed of the single chip microcomputer system, flexible pressure sensor FlexiforceB201 and corresponding signal conditioning circuit. The calibration and precision testing of this measurement instrument are performed.Experimental results show that the single chip microcomputer system of C8051F040 performs well in stability and precision,and fits for a certain amount of measurement and control tasks. According to the analysis of measurement data,the measurement instrument can essentially meet measurement requirements.
