Abstract


Synthetic aperture radar (Synthetic Aperture Radar, SAR) system to obtain the image existing reconnaissance , an important means of remote sensing . SAR images usually appear due to speckle noise , speckle and downsampling image degradation , affecting the quality of access to the image . Regularization method is one of the important methods of processing of SAR images to improve image quality . Regularization prior information of the SAR image and existing observational data structure model to reconstruct the original SAR image through the solution of the model . Usual regular solution of the model is an approximation to the exact solution by constructing iterative algorithm to calculate the amount of regular parameters selected in the regular application of the method is also a problem . This paper is based on l_k norm constraint model iterative expression analysis solution , based on SAR image sparse a priori to simplify the model , and then get a regular analytical expression of the model -based l_k norm constraints , numerical experiments verify simplify the feasibility and correctness of the analytical expression . Contact Generalized Ridge Estimation of parameters selection method theoretical analysis , based on the minimum mean square error criterion regularization parameter selection methods , according to the regular expression and its derivation of the analytical solution of the model ideas parameter adaptive regularization model analytical expression for its solution . According to the analytical expression of regularized solutions of the model , the model resolution , and the SAR Simulation and measured data processing and analysis . The further analytical expression of the idea of ??directly solving for the SAR phase history domain sparse data model based on the ideal point scattering solution, given the model directly solving process .
