Abstract


Satellite network as an emerging area of ??research is more and more the attention of researchers . Satellite network routing algorithm is still in the exploratory stage , larger transmission delay and terrestrial networks , satellite networks with a dynamic topology changes , so that applies to the terrestrial network routing algorithm can not be used on the satellite network . IP routing algorithm of the pros and cons of the satellite network will directly affect the quality of the performance of the entire communication network as well as communication and design characteristics of satellite network IP routing algorithm suitable for the satellite network . In this paper, on the basis of the existing satellite network routing algorithm , starting from the differences in satellite networks and terrestrial networks to double satellite network IP routing algorithm DSRA . OPNET network simulation software mechanisms to achieve the the DSRA routing algorithm simulation analysis . DSRA performance was evaluated by analyzing the experimental results . Satellite network channel error rate is high , the propagation extend and the channel does not have adverse effects on characteristics of the TCP transport , the existing terrestrial network TCP can not be directly used for satellite networks . TCP flow control is the basis of the normal operation of the network around the TCP flow control , congestion control has been a hot improved satellite network TCP . Existing wireless network TCP-Westwood improved to better performance of congestion control mechanisms in the satellite network environment . Finally , by OPNET simulation analysis, simulation results show the effectiveness of the improved TCP improvements .
