Abstract


ASP (Application Service Provide) Customer analysis software is combined the unique superiority ASP with CRM (Customer Relationship Management, CRM), as the most important components of the enterprise integrated management, it can be used to complete the modulen of Customer value analysis and Management function, this software based on B/S structure.The world economy makes rapid speed with the progress of the Times and the market competition is fierce, the original customer relationship management system has been unable to satisfy the operation needs of the business enterprise, the effective management of the enterprise important resources gradually became the urgent needs of enterprise, top managers decided to establish a new customer relationship management system. This topic is the two sons function modules of the management system-customer value analysis and report management module, it mainly realize enterprise customer value analysis function, on sales trends and customer satisfaction analysis, and the management of the enterprise statements.This software will gradually integrated enterprise ERP system, SCM (supply chain management), enterprise portal and financial system ,makes the enterprise itself integration to realize information sharing, provides important decision basis for the design of the product development and marketing, also provide excellent market prerequisites for the promotion of new products, then strengthens the enterprise competition ability.
