Abstract
|
With the development of economy and society , the increasing status of mobile communication in everyday life , people are increasingly high requirements on the communication quality . Hardware conditions improve communication quality is very important , but more importantly, a good network planning and optimization . The purpose of the network planning and optimization with minimal capital investment , to obtain maximum economic benefits . Same time , network planning and optimization is a technology being developed , the degree of difficulty involved in the field wide . Simply rely on artificial methods has been difficult to adapt to the increasingly huge subscriber growth of network needs . The deep network planning and optimization theory based on a good optimization tool will be able to greatly improve their work efficiency and quality of work . This paper first analyzes the traditional workflow GSM wireless network planning and optimization , and pointed out the problems and shortcomings of current analysis tools , distributed network planning and network optimization tools introduced on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of network planning and optimization theory, technology , to practical work , a model based on the ICE . Achieve its objectives , the working principle of the model of this article , the architecture and its main modules - network planning and network optimization module features a more detailed discussion . The paper combines theory and practice, and a detailed explanation of the application of the model in the work , and finally put forward a number of recommendations for improvement prospects and the direction of development of the tools .
