Abstract


The diversifying audience and publicizing TV programs have promoted TV channels become more and more subdividing and narrowcasting, which has made the design of channels more specialized. What’s more? A channel-friendly design can attract more audience’s attention and recognation. However, any kind of art form, as we know, cannot live without its cultural soil, and so do the Chinese ink painting animation. It grows up rapidly and becomes more and more complete. This paper will discuss the application of ink animation effects on the design of the TV channels.Ernst Hans Josef Gombrich said that, "All art came from humanity’s mind, stem from our response to the world, and it didn’t came from world itself."We may draw such conclusion:The modern Chinese painting animation effects development and the union are inevitably by reflected that modern people’s energetic connotation is a principle, creates is different with the former channel packing design style, namely has China national characteristics traditional water ink animation style channel packing design.This paper was written on the basis of the analysis on the foretime and status quo of Chinese ink and wash painting. Meanwhile, being faced with the wide application of computer design on art area, this paper was proposed because there were no related theories to support the application of Chinese ink painting animation effect on the packaging design of TV channels. Some scholars have proposed profound theories on putting CG technology into ink and wash painting animation to realize the ink painting effect, which has laid solid foundation for the development of this paper. The ink and wash painting, as the essence of traditional Chinese paintings, has a deep national identity, and therefore combining the traditional Chinese ink painting to the packaging design of TV channels will show a new vitality.This paper dissertated the application of Chinese ink and wash painting effect on the packaging design of TV channels, discussed its operability, and made clear the position of Chinese ink painting effect in the packaging design of TV channels. In addition, under the support of CG technology, it discussed how to realize the perfect fusion of imagery and colour after applying Chinese ink and wash painting effect on the the packaging design of TV channels, and proposed certain solutions and confirmed its value. Finally, this paper showed the great elegance of the expension of the national identity of traditional Chinese ink and painting in the area of packaging design of TV channels.
