Abstract

Corporate Training and Development is the theme of today's era. Research and training development model is an important topic in corporate training and development research. The development of so-called training mode refers to the organization under certain circumstances, to a certain degree of training cultural ideas as the basis for the promotion and development organizations to the future needs training behavior and improve the effectiveness of the training, the planning level of the structure and system of operation and methods design and operation mode general.
